UpRock Marketing ("UpRock Marketing," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered marketing automation services — including reputation management, lead reactivation, and lead nurturing — to foundation repair and related home-service contractors.

4. SMS and mobile information

No sharing or sale of mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected for the purpose of sending text messages are not shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This includes SMS opt-in data, consent records, and any information gathered as part of the SMS consent process. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

The only exception is disclosure to service providers acting solely on our behalf to deliver messages you have requested (for example, our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers). These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than delivering our messages.

How we obtain SMS consent

We send text messages only to individuals who have provided express written consent to receive them. Consent may be collected through a web form on our site, a written agreement, or another documented opt-in method. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the commitments in this policy.
With your direction — where you have asked us to share information with a third party.

As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are excluded from any sharing for third-party marketing purposes under all circumstances.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and to resolve disputes. Consent and opt-out records are retained as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
