What happens on the call

  1. Review audit. We look at your current star rating, review velocity, response rate, and how you compare to the other contractors ranking in your market.
  2. Database sizing. How many dormant contacts you have, how they segment, and roughly how many inspections are realistically recoverable.
  3. Speed-to-lead test. We measure how long your current process actually takes to reply to a new inquiry, including after hours.
  4. The number. A straight estimate of what's being left on the table, and what it would take to capture it.

What we'll need

Nothing in advance. On the call it helps to have someone who can see your CRM and your Google Business Profile, but we can run most of the audit from public data if that's easier.

What we won't do
