Act One

AI Reputation Management.

We request, monitor, and respond to reviews after every inspection and repair — catching frustrated homeowners before they hit the internet.

The problem

Your review profile is the most valuable marketing asset you own, and it is almost always managed by accident. A crew chief remembers to ask a happy homeowner maybe one time in ten. The unhappy ones need no prompting at all.

The result is a profile that under-represents the quality of your work, updated at random, with a star rating dragged down by the small minority of customers motivated enough to post unprompted. Meanwhile every homeowner researching foundation contractors in your market is reading it as their primary credibility signal.

What we automate

Review requests after every job

When a job closes in your CRM, a review request goes out — by text first, email as backup, timed to land when the homeowner is most likely to respond rather than the instant the crew pulls away. Different job types get different timing: a same-day crawl space encapsulation and a three-week pier installation don't warrant the same cadence.

Negative feedback routed privately first

Before asking for a public review, we ask a simple private question about how the job went. Positive responses get routed straight to your Google profile. Negative responses get routed to you instead — as an alert, with the detail, while the problem is still fixable.

This is the highest-leverage piece of the whole system. Most one-star reviews are recoverable if the contractor hears about the problem before the homeowner reaches for their phone in frustration. This gives you that window on every job.

AI-drafted responses to every review

Every review gets a reply, because unanswered reviews read as inattention and Google weighs response behavior. The AI drafts a response in your voice — specific to what the homeowner actually said, not a template. Positive reviews can auto-publish; anything negative or sensitive routes to you for approval first.

Monitoring across platforms

Google Business Profile first, since it decides most of your inbound volume, then whatever else matters in your market — BBB, Angi, Yelp, Nextdoor, Facebook. New reviews trigger an alert with the draft response attached.

What it changes

How we handle consent

Review request texts go only to customers who have given express written consent to be texted, captured at intake or on your service agreement. Every message carries opt-out instructions, replying STOP removes the number immediately, and mobile numbers are never shared with third parties. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
